Qualifications

• PhD in molecular/cell biology or related field.
• Experience with CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.
• Strong hands-on experience in lipid metabolism and organelle biology.

Responsabilités

• Investigate lipid transport at ER-LB contact sites in alveolar cells.
• Identify lipids and proteins involved in LB maturation and homeostasis.
• Characterize how membrane contact sites modulate LB organization and surfactant lipid balance.
