Job summary

CNRS, Chimie des colloïdes, polymères et assemblages complexes, seeks a researcher to study novel dithiolactone-type monomers for degradable polymers within the ANR 3R-DITHIO project. You will develop synthesis of sulfur-containing cyclic monomers and collaborate with radical polymerization specialists.

You will perform organic synthesis, purification, characterization, and contribute to writing scientific articles while coordinating with project partners in a modern lab environment in France.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of organic synthesis, purification, and multinuclear NMR characterization techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
• Good level of English (at least B2).

Responsibilities

• Organic synthesis, purification and detailed characterizations.
• Weekly progress updates and team meetings.
• Preparation and writing scientific articles.
• Participating in team activities.
• Sample dispatch and follow-up with project partners.
