The Institut Curie in Orsay invites applications for a Postdoctoral Position in Pediatric Cancer (F/M) focusing on medulloblastoma, including generation of immunocompetent mouse models and in vivo studies. Work under the Signaling and Cancer Progression team to elucidate treatment resistance and test new strategies.

The successful candidate will utilize GEMMs and patient-derived models, perform advanced analyses (lineage tracing, scRNA-seq) and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• PhD with strong experience in mouse models (GEMM) and primary cell culture.
• Experience in in vivo mouse experiments and molecular biology techniques.
• Ability to write and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Generate and characterize immunocompetent mouse models of G3 MB.
• Perform orthotopic transplantation into the cerebellum and in vivo studies.
• Conduct multimodal analyses including lineage tracing and scRNA-seq.
