Job summary

CNRS - National Center for Scientific Research seeks a First Stage Researcher to advance photo-CIDNP-enhanced NMR methods. You will optimize experiments, develop quantitative protocols, and apply them to complex matrices including foods and lignin-derived products.

The role involves collaboration with LC-HR-MS/MS and EPR groups, leveraging Bruker instruments and an interdisciplinary research environment at École Polytechnique on the Saclay Plateau.

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, or related field.
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of solution NMR.
• Experience in developing and optimizing experimental methods.
• Proficiency in processing and interpreting spectroscopic data.
• Independent, rigorous, and able to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Good command of scientific English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Optimize photo-CIDNP experiments on model compounds and mixtures.
• Develop quantitative protocols and advanced NMR experiments.
• Apply optimized methods to food matrices and lignin-derived samples.
