CNRS's Laboratoire de physique de la matière condensée (LPMC) seeks a postdoctoral researcher to study quantum circuits and condensed matter. You will work within the HYGRAQ project, aiming to determine the superconducting gap symmetry of multilayer graphene and fabricate samples to measure kinetic inductance at cryogenic temperatures.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in experimental solid-state physics or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with low-noise electronic measurements at cryogenic temperatures.
  • Experience with 2D-materials stacking and superconducting circuits is desirable.

Responsabilités

  • Design and fabricate samples to measure kinetic inductance of superconducting graphene multilayer compounds.
  • Design and simulate superconducting circuit architectures.
  • Conduct measurements at cryogenic temperatures and analyze data; publish results.
