The Centre d'Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy (CIML) in Marseille, France, seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to study the role of the endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response in potentiating immunotherapy treatments. The appointee will perform experimental research using advanced cellular imaging, flow cytometry, and molecular biology within the Dendritic Cell Biology team led by Philippe Pierre.

Applicants should hold a PhD in Cell Biology or Immunology with a strong publication record;

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Cell biology or Immunology with a publication track record.
• In-depth knowledge of immunology and molecular/cellular biology; experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, confocal microscopy and biochemistry.
• Familiarity with ethical, health and safety regulations and teamwork is important.

Aufgaben

• Conduct experimental research as part of an INCA PL-BIO project on UPR and immunotherapy.
• Participate in cross-cutting research activities and shared laboratory tasks.
• Utilise cell biology/immunology methods such as imaging, cytometry, and molecular biology to study UPR and innate immunity.
