Job summary

Servier invites applications for a three-year postdoctoral fellow position in Cytokine induced cell death at the Paris-Saclay R&D Institute. You will investigate how colorectal cancer cells resist immune cytokine pressure, using mechanistic biology, functional genomics and translational cancer models to generate therapeutic and biomarker hypotheses.

The role requires a PhD in cancer biology or a related discipline, experience with oncology models and mammalian cell culture, and excellent written

Qualifications

• PhD in cancer biology, tumor immunology or related discipline.
• Experience with oncology models and/or cytokine signaling is an advantage.
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture and quantitative cell-based assays.
• Experience with cancer cell models and with CRISPR-based perturbation or screening, flow cytometry, immunoblotting, or signaling analysis.
• Excellent written and oral English. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments to advance the project.
• Analyze data and propose next steps; review literature to inform decisions.
• Present progress and data in internal scientific meetings.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines and resources for project execution.
• Collaborate across Immuno-Oncology programs and identify potential targets.
