Conducting a research project to identify the morphogenetic processes underlying skeletal muscle growth and regeneration. Oversee and conducting innovative pipelines.
The project will take place within the MeLiS unit (Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University, CNRS 5284 INSERM 1314) located at the Rockefeller School of Medicine and Pharmacy, in Christophe Marcelle's team.
MeLiS teams are interested in the molecular mechanisms operating in a variety of cellular compartments, in cilia, membranes, axons, synapses, and circuits, with a particular focus on neuronal and muscle cells.
We study a range of biological processes and their alterations in human diseases affecting developing, adult, and aging organisms.
