Sanofi is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Researcher to join the Large Molecule Research platform in France. The role focuses on discovery and engineering of 2-in-1 antibodies, utilizing display technologies such as phage and/or yeast display.

You will characterize candidates biochemically and biophysically, and collaborate across functions to integrate new methods into the discovery pipeline. The position requires a PhD in Protein Engineering or related field, experience with antibody

Qualifications

• PhD in Protein Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in antibody discovery and/or engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with display technologies (phage display and/or yeast display).
• Solid knowledge of screening methodologies and biochemistry techniques.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art methods for antibody discovery using display technologies.
• Engineer and optimize 2-in-1 bispecific antibody formats for therapeutic applications.
• Perform biochemical and biophysical characterization of antibody candidates.
• Establish robust methodologies ready to be deployed in the discovery pipeline.
• Conduct high-throughput screening and analyze large datasets with rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings internally.
• Contribute to publications and/or patent filings and help integrate new methods into the pipeline.

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and talented Post-Doctoral Researcher to join our team in the Large Molecule Research platform at Sanofi. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on an ambitious and cutting-edge project focused on the discovery and engineering of 2-in-1 antibodies for the development of innovative therapeutic antibodies.This is a complex and challenging project that will require strong scientific autonomy, versatility across multiple methodologies, and excellent collaborative skills in a cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities* Developing and implementing state-of-the-art technological methods for innovative antibody discovery using display technologies (phage display and/or yeast display)* Engineer and optimize 2-in-1 bispecific antibody formats for therapeutic applications* Perform biochemical and biophysical characterization of antibody candidates* Establishing robust and transferable methodologies, ready to be deployed in support of therapeutic areas* Conduct high-throughput screening and analyze large datasets with strong analytical rigor* Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams* Present findings internally and contribute to publications and/or patent filings* Ensuring seamless integration of these new methods into the existing discovery pipelineRequired Profile* PhD in Protein Engineering or a related field* Industrial experience would be an asset* Demonstrated expertise in antibody discovery and/or engineering* Strong hands-on experience with display technologies (phage display and/or yeast display)* Solid knowledge of screening methodologies and biochemistry techniques* Bilingual: digitally fluent, and experimental mindset* Strong data analysis skills and ability to draw meaningful scientific conclusions* Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player* Experience in cross-functional collaboration is a plus* Excellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishWhat We Offer* A stimulating scientific environment within a world-leading biopharmaceutical company* Access to state-of-the-art technologies and platforms* Opportunities to contribute to innovative therapeutic programsA collaborative and inclusive team culture
