ESCP Business School invites applications for a Post-Doc Position (all genders) at the Paris Campus. The appointment starts January 4, 2027 (negotiable) and is full-time, fixed-term until December 31, 2028, in Paris, with a gross salary of 46,500–49,200 euros per year.

Qualifications

• PhD in business administration, preferably with a focus on HRM, Organizational Behavior and/or International Management.
• Publications or a pipeline in international journals and a specialization related to Women in Finance.
• Excellent English and, if possible, French language skills.
• Enthusiasm for scientific work and knowledge of empirical social research.

Responsabilités

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include involvement in research on the topic of ‘Women in Finance’ and support of the management of the Chair. You will actively participate in international research and publication projects, as well as work with renowned companies. Further, your task includes supporting the organization of events and the communication about the Chair and its activities. In addition, we expect you to be actively involved and committed to raising the profile of ESCP Business School. The position is based in Paris (full-time).

Your Profile

We expect you to have completed your studies and your PhD in business administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management,Organizational Behavior and/or International Management. We would also like to encourage graduates from other disciplines (e.g., Psychology,Sociology) to apply if you see points of connection in terms of content.

Furthermore, we expect publications or a pipeline in international renowned journals and a specialization which contributes to the Chair topic of‘Women in Finance’, e.g., gender studies, diversity and inclusion or careers.

You also have a high level of enthusiasm for scientific work, a good overview on theoretical foundations of the field as well as knowledge of empirical social research.

Excellent English and if possible French language skills are expected as well as an interest in topics related to international research.
