Bump is seeking a Content Specialist to command the Portugal growth engine from our Paris hub. You will own content strategy, manage creators, and push for breakthrough TikTok and Reels content that fuels user growth across Portugal.

You’ll test bold ideas, iterate quickly, and collaborate daily with Paris teams in growth, distribution, and product. You will analyze trends, craft briefs, give actionable feedback, and lead creative directions for Portugal-focused activations.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content (brand/agency/influencer)
• Experience making content for ads (UGC)
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Portuguese creator landscape
• Portuguese and English proficiency
• Experience living in Portugal
• Willing to work in person in Paris

Responsabilités

• Grow the Bump presence in Portugal and own that market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Portuguese market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads that engage audiences.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Portuguese creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Portuguese creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Identify trends early and write briefs for creators.
