CMA CGM Group is offering an internship in Marseille within the Transformation Assets team. You will participate in day-to-day PMO operations, portfolio management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role provides hands-on experience in how a large company structures and supports its strategic transformations, with exposure to governance, dashboards and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's level student in business school or university.
• You have a strong interest in project management, transformation and organizations.
• You have very good analytical and synthesis skills.
• You bring strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are curious, autonomous and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Collect and consolidate project information.
• Track performance indicators, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare materials for portfolio reviews.
• Produce dashboards and reports; analyze data for insights.
• Organize meetings and committees; track follow-ups.
• Create templates, guides and methodological materials.
• Contribute to PMO tools improvements and automation ideas.
• Engage project communities and prepare newsletters or events.
