You will combine Excel-driven tracking with AI-assisted tooling, maintain mapping files, and safeguard data accuracy through backups and source verification, working in English in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient Excel skills to review, reconcile and structure data accurately.
• Ability to guide an AI tool such as Cursor with clear instructions for targeted updates.
• Analytical mindset for weekly changes and explaining data variations clearly.
• High precision in handling sensitive files and governance before uploading.
• Structured, reliable approach to weekly recurring processes and stakeholder requests.
• Clear written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Weekly tracking: reconcile figures, remove duplicates, backups, review output in Excel and load into the tool.
• PMO and pipeline governance: ensure initiatives are at the correct EVO stage and identify owners.
• Week-to-week analysis: compare weeks, assess impact by stage and explain differences for reviews.
• Tool maintenance with AI: keep the mapping file up to date with correct filters and owner lookups.
• Data accuracy and control: verify outputs, create backups before sensitive changes, reconcile with source data.
