• Lead resolution of major incidents and critical issues.
• Monitor ETL processes for data quality.

Connaissances

Management of data platforms

ETL/ELT process understanding

Cloud environment familiarity

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
