Capital Fund Management (CFM) is seeking a Project Management Tools Specialist to support planning, organizing, and monitoring collaboration across Trading, Predictions, Research, Infrastructure, and Compliance. This role focuses on implementing no-code solutions and enhancing project management workflows.

The candidate will contribute to AI agent projects within the PM team while maintaining strong English communication, autonomy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced quantitative environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to learn, autonomous, detail-oriented.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management processes (Agile/Waterfall) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Jira is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing tools for planning, organizing, and monitoring projects.
• Provide support for no-code tools and existing workflows.
• Collaborate with Trading, Predictions, Research, Infrastructure, and Compliance to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI agents for the Project Management team.
• Identify and analyze project-related risks.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.
