Alstom in Saint-Ouen is seeking a Mobilization Manager to lead the mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts, from planning to execution. You will work with Operations, finance, engineering, HR and IT, coordinating readiness assessments to ensure Day 1 readiness and successful contract mobilization.

In this role, you will develop and maintain the Mobilization Plan with milestones and critical paths, coordinate recruitment and training plans, and ensure ERP and information systems

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 5-10 years' experience in railway operations, maintenance, or large-scale project mobilization
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments

Responsabilités

  • Ensure deployment of ERP, digital tools, and information systems
  • Interface with customers, partners, authorities, and internal functions

Join the ADP O&M project as our next Mobilization Manager (F/H) in Saint-Ouen and play a key role in preparing a major automated transportation system for operational success from Day 1.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts, from planning to execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, finance, engineering, HR, communication and IT), engage with external stakeholders, and oversee readiness assessments, ensuring all prerequisites for Day 1 operations are met.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining the Mobilization Plan, including milestones and critical paths, but also coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training plans.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Adaptability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
