Sorare is looking for a Player Experience Intern in Paris to enhance player support and communication. This 6-month internship involves assisting players, resolving queries, and collaborating with teams to ensure a top-notch experience.

You will need excellent communication skills in English and French, be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, and have a passion for sports. The role will require you to work onsite three days a week and offers great perks to support your wellness and commute.

Responsabilités

• Support players through ticketing platform.
• Investigate account-related issues.
• Resolve questions related to gameplay and platform features.
• Identify bugs and recurring issues.
• Share player feedback with Product teams.
