Job summary

Vantiva is seeking a Platform Security Manager to lead the Product Security Engineering team and align security objectives with product development. You will drive SoC security, code signing, and secure software practices across embedded platforms including Linux kernel and Android AOSP.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, 10+ years in industry, and 3+ years of managing 5–10 person teams. Excellent communication and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in industry with 3+ years leading teams of 5–10 people.
• Expertise in hardware security technologies and embedded development.
• Secure SDLC and/or agile methods with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Linux kernel and embedded Linux systems.
• Experience with Android AOSP, C/C++ and embedded Java development.
• Scripting languages, applied cryptography and security testing.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define, track and review PSE members' objectives.
• Assign product support to PSE members.
• Assess and ensure demand vs team capacity.
• Ensure backup and redundancy of knowledge within PSE.
• Animate regular team meetings.
• Define, document and maintain PSE procedures: SoC config, Bootloader review, Factory key handling, Code signing.
• Ensure consistency of ways of working within PSE.
• Act as PSE when needed.
• Animate transversal meetings on manufacturing activities related to security.
• Monitor embedded security developments (standards/regulations).
• Develop, document and maintain code-signing infrastructure.
• Review and improve Product Security policies and processes.
• Ensure ISO9K/27K conformity.
