Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, seeks a Senior Product Owner for the Application Server Platform to translate product vision into actionable priorities for a full-stack team. You’ll own backlog prioritization, define clear user stories, and guide collaborations with UX, engineering, and support to deliver scalable, valuable platform capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS or enterprise software, strong API/data modeling knowledge, and fluent English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of user needs, product discovery, prioritization, and value-based decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements for full-stack engineering teams.
• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and architecture topics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical constraints.
• Translate product vision and roadmap items into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Work closely with UX, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide clarification and make timely product decisions throughout the delivery process.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Validate delivered features against customer, usability, quality, and performance expectations.
• Monitor customer feedback, usage, incidents, and product KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the team’s capabilities, roadmap, and priorities.
