Amcor is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for its Marolles site to lead operations, safety, and continuous improvement across injection molding, assembly, and electroplating. You will shape the site strategy, manage performance, and drive value for customers and the business.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with senior leadership experience, strong technical credibility, and a data-driven approach to performance management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with senior leadership in complex industrial environments.
• Strong technical foundation in engineering, plastics, injection molding, or similar.
• Experience managing P&L, cost levers, and investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of French labor law and unionized environments.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, industrialization, EHS).
• Working knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Data-driven, analytical approach to performance management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full operational, safety, quality, and people agenda for the site.
• Drive the plant's strategic direction while ensuring flawless day-to-day execution.
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, SMED, Kaizen, waste reduction) and continuous improvements.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment across all shifts.
• Manage site financials, including P&L ownership and capital expenditure planning.
