Amcor is looking for an Operations Director for its Sélestat facility to oversee operations and drive improvements. In this critical role, you will manage a team of around 300 employees, focusing on defining and executing the operational strategy for production and maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, at least 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, and proficiency in English. Amcor offers a dynamic and innovative environment where you can grow and lead impactful projects.

Amcor Flexibles Sélestat, specialized in the production of aluminum‑based flexible packaging for the pharmaceutical and food industries, employs more than 450 people, generates annual revenue exceeding €170 million, and produces more than 126 million m² of packaging materials.
As part of a replacement, the site is recruiting an Operations Director. Reporting directly to the Site Director, you will be responsible for defining the operational strategy (Production and Maintenance) to achieve the annual business plan (budget) and continuously improve operational performance in order to serve our customers in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people management.
