Ariston Group is seeking a dynamic Plant Logistics Manager to drive production and materials planning, optimize raw material warehouse and logistics operations, and ensure seamless material flow while balancing cost, service, and quality.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement data-driven decisions, and champion continuous improvement through ERP/MRP systems and lean logistics practices to strengthen operational excellence across the plant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
  • 5–7 years in logistics and supply chain in industrial settings
  • Proven expertise in production planning, warehouse operations, and ERP/WMS
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills

Responsabilités

  • Develop monthly and daily production plans aligned with S&OP
  • Define and drive MRP/DRP for optimal supply
  • Oversee inbound logistics for raw materials
  • Manage warehouse and inventory accuracy
  • Implement inventory optimization to balance availability and working capital
  • Monitor supplier delivery and mitigate risks with Procurement
  • Define and track logistics KPIs (safety, service, inventory)
  • Lead WCM Logistics Pillar and continuous improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to hit plant targets
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Foster HSE culture within logistics
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

Description du poste

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Plant Logistics Manager to drive production & materials planning, optimize raw material warehouse and logistics operations, and ensure seamless material flow—balancing cost, service, and quality performance. You will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of monthly and daily production plans, aligned with S&OP inputs, capacity constraints, and supplier capabilities
  • Define and drive materials requirements planning (MRP/DRP) to ensure optimal supply availability
  • Oversee inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and availability of raw materials and components
  • Manage internal logistics and raw material and WIP warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient material handling, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to balance availability and working capital efficiency
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance, proactively mitigating risks in close collaboration with Procurement and Production
  • Define and track logistics KPIs (safety, service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity, availability)
  • Champion the plant’s WCM Logistics Pillar by identifying, implementing, and sustaining continuous improvement actions that increase logistics efficiency, optimize material flow, and improve warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver plant performance and operational excellence targets
  • Actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Foster a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture within logistics operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering capability growth and engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within an industrial environment
  • Proven expertise in: Production & material planning, Warehouse operations & inventory management and ERP/WMS implementation and optimization
  • Strong experience managing operational teams in manufacturing environments
  • Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics KPIs
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
