GE HealthCare is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to translate S&OP demand into robust supply and procurement plans. You will act as a planning process expert ensuring alignment between business demand, production capabilities, and supplier constraints to guarantee product availability and efficiency.

You will collaborate across Procurement, Planning, Production, and Logistics, maintain ERP planning data, and drive continuous improvement within a global, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Experience with planning and ERP systems such as Oracle, Demantra, Maestro or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

  • Participate in all discussions and meetings related to the S&OP process.
  • Convert demand forecasts and production plans into supply and procurement plans.
  • Align production plans with S&OP objectives while considering internal and external capacity constraints.
  • Recommend the optimal consensus plan to balance demand, inventory levels, supplier capabilities and production requirements.
  • Maintain and update production and shipment plans within ERP and planning systems.
  • Ensure timely weekly and monthly updates of planning data.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of procurement forecasts and collaborative planning signals shared with suppliers and GE HealthCare affiliates.
  • Support synchronization between Procurement, Planning, Production and Logistics teams during product introductions and phase‑out activities.
  • Contribute to weekly alignment meetings with Production Management.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for procurement planning and support Materials teams on planning‑related topics.
  • Manage Item Master data, including mass updates, CAT codes, buyer/planner assignments and data governance activities.
  • Develop and implement consistency checks to ensure master data accuracy and robustness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and processes.
  • Provide support to procurement activities when required.
  • Comply with GE HealthCare Quality Management System requirements, company policies and applicable regulations.

Job Summary

As part of the Supply Chain organization, you will play a key role in converting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) demand into robust supply and procurement plans. Acting as a planning process expert, you will ensure alignment between business demand, production capabilities, and supplier constraints to guarantee product availability and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key point of contact for planning processes and systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all discussions and meetings related to the S&OP process.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement or Manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Experience with planning and ERP systems such as Oracle, Demantra, Maestro or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and performance indicators.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
