Ardagh Glass Ltd. seeks a Plant Controller & Manufacturing Business Partner to drive ODM cost management and cross-functional financial partnering across manufacturing operations.

You will blend plant-controlling duties with European-level business partnering, analyzing cost drivers and supporting strategic decisions. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and cost optimization in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to plant management and manufacturing leaders.
• Support development of long-term manufacturing performance plans and productivity initiatives.
• Analyze key operational drivers including efficiency, material usage, staffing, changeovers, and investments.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and plant teams to improve business performance.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Support development of manufacturing cost assumptions and investment plans.
• Lead financial analysis of cost-saving initiatives and productivity projects.
• Provide regular performance reporting and financial forecasts to management.
• Ensure accurate month-end/year-end manufacturing financial reporting.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and invoices with delegated authorities.
