Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Clinical Research and Survey Methodology Experts to support the development and refinement of physician-focused healthcare market research surveys. The ideal candidate combines deep clinical expertise in specific diseases or therapeutic areas with hands-on experience in healthcare market research, survey design, and questionnaire development.

Qualifications

Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
Strong understanding of diseases, therapies, and real-world clinical decision-making.
Experience designing, writing, reviewing, or validating HCP surveys.
Familiarity with questionnaire design, survey logic, and bias reduction.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and refine physician-facing surveys across diseases and therapies.
Review survey questions for clinical accuracy, relevance, and clarity for physicians.
Translate complex clinical concepts into well-structured, unbiased survey questions.
Apply market research methods to improve questionnaire design, flow, and data quality.
Evaluate surveys for terminology, pathways, and therapeutic relevance.
