Biopractify seeks a PhD researcher in Organic Synthesis/Glycochemistry to work on SILYSUGAR project at IC2MP, Université de Poitiers. You will develop multi-step routes toward novel iminosugar glycomimetics, study conformational properties, and evaluate glycosidase inhibition in collaboration with partners.

• Strong background in organic chemistry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize multi-step synthetic routes toward novel iminosugar glycomimetics.
• Synthesize and modify carbohydrate-derived molecules.
• Handle and optimize synthetic intermediates.
• Purify and characterize compounds using HPLC, MS, IR, NMR.
