Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the store pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescriptions, while providing compassionate customer service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where permitted, and help manage inventory and workflow across shifts.

The role requires state licensure and ongoing training to maintain compliance. In this role you will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment and support a range of pharmacy services,

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately and promptly
• Deliver customer service and empathetic patient interactions
• Follow SOPs and maintain regulatory compliance; support immunizations where allowed by law
• Handle inventory tasks, returns-to-stocks and cycle counts as directed by leadership
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including travel to stores within the market as needed
