Airswift is seeking a Planning Engineer for a pharmaceutical project based in Rouen, Normandy, France. This 12-month renewable contract involves creating Level 3 schedules, WBS, and master plan alignment with project milestones, working with multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6, strong communication, and solid pharma project experience to support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong communication and adaptability when working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Essential knowledge and experience of pharmaceutical project environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop a Level 3 project schedule in line with execution strategy.
• Plan activities to minimize risks and costs and define the WBS.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in client approval of baselines, progress, and milestones.
• Prepare construction tender schedules and review bids.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and update the master schedule.
• Record site progress with the construction team.
