A healthcare provider is seeking a Self-Pay Representative to assist patients with financial issues related to their accounts. The role involves analyzing patient accounts, processing financial assistance applications, and arranging payment options. The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have experience in healthcare or customer service. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. This position is located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, La Coquille, France.
The Self-Pay Representative assists in the caring analysis and resolution of patient issues and concerns regarding patient accounts. Analyzes and resolves patient accounts issues identified via telephone or direct patient interviews. Accurately documents patient interventions based on departmental protocols, policies and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Processes financial assistance applications. Arranges payment options with patients. Maintains excellent working relationships with Coquille Valley Hospital staff as well as community providers and their staff.

The Self Pay Representative must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Medical terminology knowledge is recommended. Previous experience required in one or more of the following roles:
