SiPearl, located in Maisons-Laffitte, is seeking a DFT Engineer to define the Design for Test strategy and lead a team of engineers. This role involves overseeing DFT activities and contributing to technical decisions aimed at driving innovation.

About SiPearl

SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. These CPUs address strategic challenges in security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint. SiPearl employs almost 200 people in France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis), Spain (Barcelona) and Italy (Bologna).

Incubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) Consortium and seed-funded by the European Union, SiPearl supportsEurope’s exascale ambitions and participates in European HPC initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define the DFT (Design for Test) strategy and methodology for blocks and chip level.
• Oversee DFT activities (insertion, verification, test vector generation).
• Monitor project progress and report results.
• Lead and develop a team of DFT engineers.
• Contribute to technical decisions and drive innovation in DFT practices.

Recruitment process

• Discovery interview with our Talent Acquisition Partner (30 min).
• AssessFirst personality test.
• Two technical interviews (1h each).
• HR interview to answer final questions (30 min).
