Leasys France is seeking a Permanent Controller to strengthen the Internal Control, Risk and Compliance framework. You will deploy the Level 2 Permanent Control Plan, harmonize Level 1.1–2.2 controls, document results and monitor remediation while supporting growth and regulatory requirements.

The role involves collaboration with Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit, and requires 3–5 years in related fields and a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business School, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Permanent Control, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance.
• Experience in Banking, Automotive Captive Finance or Financial Services is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and execute the Level 2 Permanent Control Plan and harmonize multi-level controls.
• Document results, identify weaknesses and perform root cause analyses with remediation tracking.
• Prepare risk and control reporting for Senior Management, ICC and HQ.
• Support first-line controls, challenge practices and drive process improvements.
