Responsabilités

• Ensure sales performance for the assigned category and operations.
• Curate and optimize the product catalog to maximize revenue and KPIs.
• Enhance and personalize the shopping experience through content and navigation improvements.
• Monitor dashboards and propose action plans.
• Measure impact of initiatives and analyze sales results and product mix.
• Provide regular reporting to the team manager and coordinate with Sales and Marketing.
• Support Sales teams in brand meetings with offer and UX optimization analyses.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive monitoring with recommendations.
• Develop or optimize Marketplace activities and business initiatives.
