Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist (AppLovin) to drive scalable customer acquisition for our DTC supplements brand. You will own the creative strategy across multiple SKUs, shaping testing and learning to build repeatable systems that accelerate channel growth.

You will collaborate with Growth & Creative teams to develop performance-driven concepts, influence campaign decisions, and craft a playbook for a channel we are building from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC performance creative or growth-focused advertising.
• Strong experience creating ad concepts for paid acquisition.
• Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies and learning loops.
• Ability to think strategically across multiple SKUs and offers.
• Strong commercial instincts linking creative decisions to acquisition outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Build the AppLovin Creative Playbook with testing principles and frameworks.
• Identify winning patterns and translate insights into repeatable playbooks.
• Define how creative and media buying work together to drive growth.
• Develop direct response ad concepts that improve click-through and conversion.
• Apply learnings across multiple SKUs and offers.
• Influence media buying decisions with creative guidance.
