Mistral is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to shape the experience for every new joiner worldwide. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace teams to ensure onboarding is seamless, consistent, and tailored to local needs.

Responsibilities include designing onboarding journeys, developing programs, preparing equipment, and coordinating sessions. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on ownership mindset.

The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist on the People Operations team, you will shape the experience for every new joiner at Mistral worldwide. Your work will ensure new team members feel prepared and welcomed from the moment they accept an offer, through their first weeks and beyond. You will partner closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace to ensure each onboarding is seamless, consistent, and tailored to local needs. What You Will Do

• Design and manage the onboarding journey for new hires across multiple regions
