Compensation

Compensation Type Fee‑for‑Service Estimated Remuneration As a pediatrician in Vernon, you'll earn between $300,000-$400,000 when working full‑time hours, thanks to the fee‑for‑service model and MOCAP level 1. Physician Overhead Thanks to our low overhead, you'll have the freedom to delve into passion projects and drive your professional aspirations.

Benefits and Incentives
