Un restaurant gastronomique à Calais recherche un(e) Pâtissier/Pâtissière passionné(e) pour préparer des pâtisseries fines et gérer le stock des matières premières. L'expérience de 6 mois minimum en pâtisserie est essentielle. Le poste propose un contrat CDI, 39 heures de travail par semaine. Salaire brut de 12,00 €/heure, négociable selon le profil.

• Au moins 6 mois d'expérience en travail culinaire/pâtissier (expérience essentielle).

To strengthen its kitchen team, Côte d'Argent is looking for a passionate and meticulous pastry chef capable of creating high-quality pastries, both classic and creative.

Main responsibilities:

1. Preparation of fine pastries and entremets
2. Preparation of creams, doughs, fillings, glazes
3. Presentation of desserts and petits fours
4. Stock management of raw materials, respecting expiry dates
5. Participation in cleaning and maintenance of equipment and premises

Salary:
