We are looking for a Partner Marketing Team Leader (m / f / d) to join our regional marketing organization in Germany , driving the end-to-end co-marketing engagement of our Value Partners. In this leadership role, you will manage the strategic planning, execution, and performance of all partner marketing activities, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales, Growth Marketing, and the wider Customer Engagement organization.
This role can be carried out in a location-independent hybrid model from one of our German locations, with Munich strongly preferred. Regular travel within the DACH region is expected to work closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner Marketing Leadership – Lead the co-marketing strategy for the German market, ensuring full alignment with the GEO’s strategic and annual operational plan across the indirect business.
- Team Management – Manage the partner marketing team, fostering collaboration, performance, and capability development.
- Co-Marketing Planning & Execution – Drive and be accountable for partner co-marketing plan definition, execution, and reporting throughout the fiscal year, securing in-time and on-value delivery in line with global guidelines.
- Sales Collaboration – Work closely with Sales Leadership for our indirect sales channel and secure strong buy-in from Partner Sales Managers to align co-marketing activities with partner capacity, capabilities, and accreditation plans.
- Performance & KPIs – Define plan objectives and KPIs based on sales contribution ratios and partner accreditation status, ensuring performance transparency and data-driven adjustments.
- Cross-Team & Cross-GEO Collaboration – Collaborate with Growth Marketing Program Managers, Marketing peers, and other GEO teams to harmonize tactics, optimize multi-engagement partner support and accelerate mainstream business through DS-Driven activities.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – Strong ROI-driven thinking, risk management approach, and solid experience in partner management.
- Marketing Strategy Expertise – Proven track record in developing and executing marketing programs, including digital marketing and integrated campaign planning.
- Analytical & Program Management Skills – Highly data-driven with excellent analytical capabilities, marketing analytics passion, and strong program management discipline.
- Education & Experience – MBA or advanced degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accepted with extensive relevant experience; 8+ years in B2B tech marketing.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Minimum 5 years of people management experience, with strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Corporate, and Partner organizations.
- Execution Excellence – Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget, with strong attention to detail and a high level of empathy in building and expanding partner relationships.
