Job summary

Mews Partners seeks a senior leader to define and execute the commercial strategy for the AgriFood & CPG sector. You will build senior client relationships, lead proposal development, and negotiate contracts, while representing the firm at industry events.

You will spearhead sector leadership across the group, tailor offerings to the market, and contribute to thought leadership on governance, supply chains, digitalisation, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in AgriFood & CPG consulting
• Minimum 5 years in a senior consulting role (Partner/Director or equivalent) with business development achievements
• Ability to rely on a C-Level network in AgriFood & CPG sector

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the AgriFood & CPG sector
• Build, develop, and maintain senior relationships with key clients
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, lead proposals and contracts
• Represent Mews Partners at industry events and professional networks
• Lead sector leadership activities and adapt offerings to the market
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning on key topics
• Oversee delivery of engagements, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and profitability
• Mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams and act as executive sponsor on strategic accounts
• Participate in leadership decisions and contribute to talent development and cross-office collaboration
