ALB is seeking self-employed sales agents in France to build a local portfolio of short-term rental properties and manage owner relationships. You will persuade property owners to sign management agreements, coordinate maintenance, and grow a recurring client base. Training is provided and you can start at your own pace with a mix of fieldwork and partial remote work.

Join ALB to develop a flexible schedule and scale your business by recruiting City Managers as you expand your local footprint.

Qualifications

Persuade property owners to entrust ALB with management.
Experience in real estate or sales is welcome.
Motivation and ability to work independently.
Self-employed status.

Responsabilités

Become ALB's sales agent and build a local portfolio of properties.
Identify property owners and persuade them to sign property management agreements.
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers for managed properties.
Manage relationships with property owners and guests.
Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring income.
Organize schedule with partial remote work and fieldwork.
Receive and manage owner leads via the ALB platform.
Recruit City Managers and build a local team.
