Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to join our store team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Greet customers, answer questions, and participate in promotions while maintaining high standards for friendliness and efficiency. This role requires being at least 16 years old, a flexible schedule, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance to multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
