A luxury footwear brand is seeking a Sales Associate in Paris. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in luxury sales, be fluent in French and English, and exhibit a dynamic, engaging personality.

  • Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Must provide excellent customer service.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Client and Business oriented
  • Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
  • Build up a loyal Clientele;
  • Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
  • Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.
Operations
  • Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
  • Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
  • Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
  • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
  • Involved in the Stock and Inventory;
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
  • Maintain merchandising standards.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in luxury contexts.
  • Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
  • Must be customer-oriented;
  • Action and Sales oriented;
  • Excellent customer and service attitude;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Luxury product knowledge;
