ixolabs.ai is seeking a Coding Expert (Java) to join long-term, part-time engagements (20-30 hours/week). You will help refine AI-generated Java code, evaluate correctness, performance, and adherence to best practices in enterprise patterns and microservices.

The role requires deep Java expertise (generics, lambdas, streams) and strong Spring Boot/Framework experience, plus hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate, testing, and performance profiling. On-site collaboration expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer.
• Expert proficiency in Java, including generics, lambdas, streams, and JVM internals.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework for enterprise apps.
• Deep understanding of OO design, design patterns, and clean code.
• Familiarity with microservices, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and cloud deployment.
• Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito) and profiling tools.

Responsabilités

• Create high-quality Java training data covering enterprise patterns, Spring Boot applications, and microservices architecture.
• Evaluate AI-generated Java code for functional correctness, performance, and adherence to established coding standards.
• Assess AI's ability to implement object-oriented design principles, concurrency utilities, and exception handling effectively.
• Provide expert feedback on AI-generated solutions for database interactions (e.g., JPA, Hibernate) and API development (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Debug and optimize AI-generated Java code, identifying memory leaks, thread safety issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze AI's understanding of the Java ecosystem, including Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and common libraries.
