Coactiv Partners is seeking a part-time DAF/CFO for Annecy to manage finance operations across several companies. You will deliver monthly P&L, cash runways, budgets, and dashboards, while partnering with management on strategic finance decisions and executive committee involvement.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in finance (audit/transaction services or corporate), are curious, proactive, and able to juggle multiple assignments, including side projects for Coactiv or client missions

Qualifications

• Finance background of at least 5 years in Audit / Transaction services / Finance department within a corporate / M&A / Investment fund.
• Curious, proactive, team player, autonomous, eager to learn, and not afraid to work on several missions at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Lead the finance operations and produce financial documents: monthly reports (P&L / cash / runway), budget, business plan, cash forecast, dashboard, spot analysis, etc.
• Assist the management in its strategic operations as a finance business partner and be part of the executive committee of the startup.
• Review and improve the financial processes.
• Lead / assist the relationship with stakeholders: accounting firms, lawyers, banks, shareholders…
