Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a project intern in Paris to join our growing team. You will identify relevant sellers for onboarding, support merchant onboarding, and help drive product listings and sales through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with account managers and promotion/influencer teams to optimize merchant activities, assist in live broadcasts, and contribute to cross-team communications across EMEA and APAC regions during a fast-paced internship of at least three months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master and eligible to work in France.
• Strong interest in e-commerce with quick learning ability.
• Passionate about Social Commerce and understanding of TikTok short video and live ecosystem.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for cross-region communication; able to interpret technical docs.
• Familiar with at least one data visualization tool; strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant sellers for onboarding from lead lists and research; support merchant acquisition and initial listings.
• Collaborate with account managers on merchant operations; analyze growth opportunities using data insights.
• Assist cross-team communication; work with promotion and influencer teams to support live broadcasts and onboarding processes.
• Track and analyze the effects of product selections and promotional activities during events.
