Salomon is seeking a Store Manager for the Paris Beaugrenelle store. You will build and lead a high-performing team, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting financial targets.

You will collaborate with the ASM, manage inventory, drive sales, and mentor the team for personal and career development in a vibrant, international outdoor brand environment.

Qualifications

• : At least 3 years in a retail leadership role, ideally footwear.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve goals and brand standards.
• Ensure top customer experience and on-floor leadership.
• Manage inventory, operations, and financial targets with the District Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the store team for career growth.
• Deliver budgeted expenses and monitor loss prevention.
