Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lettings & Property Operations Manager for Paris, relocating from London. Base salary £60,000–£75,000 per year plus bonus, full-time permanent position.

The successful candidate will join a prime Paris office offering lettings, property management and a full service in a growing market. You’ll own lettings from enquiry to deposit return and collaborate with an English-speaking team.

Qualifications

• Background in residential lettings, property management, client accounts, or property administration.
• Highly organized, numerate and detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets and databases.
• Natural finisher, takes ownership and follows tasks through.
• Discretion with confidential financial and personal information.
• Fluent English; French is helpful but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to Paris and grow with an entrepreneurial business.

Responsibilities

• Registering, qualifying and following up lettings enquiries, coordinating viewings and progressing deals through to completion.
• Keeping the CRM, deal pipeline and reporting accurate, and keeping the Director briefed on live transactions.
• Managing tenancies, renewals and deposits across a prime portfolio, including oversight of vacant properties.
• Coordinating contractors, cleaners and suppliers, from sourcing quotes through to sign off and completion.
• Overseeing rent collection and arrears, calculating deposit returns and preparing owner statements.
• Supporting day to day finance alongside the Director and external accountant, including supplier payments, bank reconciliations and a weekly cash flow report.
• Managing team timesheets and keeping records accurate for re-invoicing.
