Allianz Global Investors in Paris is offering a 6-month Analyst Internship in the Infrastructure Private Debt Team. You will assist in origination, execution and monitoring of investments across diverse infrastructure sectors.

The role emphasizes financial modelling, credit analysis and the preparation of investment memoranda, with strong English and French communication. Start date planned for January 2027 and a hands-on, integrity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Convention de stage mandatory.
• Penultimate or final year student at a top-tier university, business school or engineering school.
• First experience in investment banking, project finance, DCM, or infrastructure financing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance fundamentals including cash-flow analysis.
• Experience in financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and French; other European language a bonus.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to integrity and ethical decision making. Familiar with Copilot.

Responsabilités

• Participate in origination, structuring and execution of new transactions.
• Perform due diligence and credit analysis.
• Analyse project finance models and perform internal rating analysis.
• Assist in investment memoranda for Investment Committee submissions.
• Support closing processes including KYC and stakeholder discussions.
• Assist in monitoring of closed transactions and in marketing materials.
