Schroders is seeking an Investment Intern in the infrastructure sector, to be based in Paris and focused on Private Equity investments. You will work within Schroders Capital Infrastructure, assisting in origination, structuring and execution of deals for institutional investors.

You will join a team that has raised significant equity and debt in European infrastructure, with a high growth trajectory. The role involves interaction with investment professionals, legal and financial advisors, and

Qualifications

Degree either completed or due to complete from leading business school, engineering school or university.
Excellent academic background.
One previous internship in M&A, Project Finance, Private Equity or Consulting is beneficial.
Fluency in English and French.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Team working spirit – willingness to learn and evolve in a team with a flat structure.
Interest in the Infrastructure sector.

Responsabilités

Assist in opportunities analysis, due diligence, deal structuring and execution.
Draft investment committee memos and materials for pitches.
Run financial models and test the impact of alternative assumptions.
Monitor market data and ESG related items.
Prepare reporting for assets under management to clients.
