Nomura in Paris offers an off-cycle Investment Banking internship within the France coverage team. You will work on M&A and strategic advisory in a small, senior-led environment, with exposure to live transactions and origination/marketing activities.

You will gain experience in sector coverage and in preparing pitch materials, while developing financial modelling and valuation skills under experienced bankers. Fluency in French and English is essential.

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• High level of academic and extra-curricular achievement.

Responsabilités

• Be part of a small and successful team with direct exposure to senior bankers.
• Have key responsibilities in live transactions (M&A, strategic advisory).
• An Integral role in origination/marketing activities.
• Gain experience in Sector coverage.
• Data analysis for pitch book and discussion materials preparation.
• Complete Financial Modelling and valuation.
