Paris - Senior HR Business Partner

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnering with a global leader in Consultancy, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who holds experience within Management Consultancy to join their European People & Culture team, based in Paris with occasional travel due to growth.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating the employee experience across multiple European markets, embedding a people‑first culture and aligning HR strategy with business growth. You will be hands‑on across the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organisational performance.
  • Lead initiatives across talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and coaching.
  • Support leaders in managing organisational change, cultural shifts and transformation initiatives as the organisation grows through planned acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and mitigate HR‑related risks.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, embedding the company's core values and DE&I initiatives.
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform people strategies and business decision‑making.
About You
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner role or similar operating within Management Consultancy / financial services firm with an international or multi‑country context.
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law, with wider European exposure highly desirable.
  • A hands‑on generalist with expertise across employee relations, organisational design, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating remotely, while remaining connected and collaborative with colleagues across Europe.
  • Passionate about creating a culture where people feel engaged, empowered, and inspired to deliver excellence.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential, additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
